Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and our other communication channels.
- Assist customers with questions about orders, sizing, deliveries, and returns.
- Handle enquiries and resolve any issues professionally and thoughtfully.
- Process return requests and manage the necessary administration.
- Work closely with our logistics and marketing teams to provide the best possible service.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Organised, independent, and detail-oriented.
- An interest in fashion and e-commerce.

Mayford London is looking for a Boutique Sales Advisor to join our team. You’ll assist customers with their purchases and help create a warm, inspiring, and memorable in-store experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Advise customers and help them put together elegant outfits.
- Assist with choosing sizes, fits, and clothing combinations.
- Ensure the boutique is always presented beautifully and attractively.
- Process customer payments.
- Assist with restocking and maintaining an organised boutique.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times.
