RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS ARE NOT FREE. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must be complete and include all original accessories, components, and packaging, in the same condition as when received.
  • The product must have been used normally. Damage caused by improper use is not covered.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  • If the product is defective, the defect must have been present upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, your return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged in a way for which we are not responsible.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to begin the return process.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return request
  • A photo of the product in case of damage
  • Your first and last name
  • Your address

We will then contact you with the appropriate return address.

Please do not return your parcel to the sender. We will provide you with the correct return address after receiving your request. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that they are a natural person acting for purposes that are not primarily related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.

A. Conditions of Withdrawal

  • Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the final item delivered.
  • As our order processing system is fully automated, orders are prepared immediately after they have been confirmed. Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process before delivery. As a result, no refund can be issued before the returned goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Mayford London of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). The withdrawal will be considered effective once the returned goods have been received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Goods in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, shipping times may be longer and can be affected by circumstances beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. Please wait until you receive your order and then return it to us. You may, however, inform us in advance that you wish to cancel your order.

To help speed up the processing of your return, we recommend sending us proof of shipment.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option.

The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request and the returned goods.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE ENTIRELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
